ok so MFP wants me to eat about 2500 cals a day and I just find that impossible. I had one of friends worried about me. I switched it to 1200 is this a safe idea. I did some research and they say that is a good number for weight lose?
i work the 2-10 shift but I'm looking to make meals that would last for 4 days! Thank you :)

i really don't know what exercises to do besides walk/jog intervals to help lose weight. I go to planet fitness and do the 30 minute circuit they have. But that's only 2-3 times a week. does anyone have advice for a beginner?
