how do I measure frozen fruit
I put frozen fruit in smoothies so don't want to thaw. Not easy to measure whole strawberries in measuring cup. And can't weigh on scale with extra weight in ice. Is there a choice in MFP database for 5 medium frozen strawberries. I haven't found one. What about froxen blueberries, peaches, mango?

Cannot devise decent menu
I need to lose at least 60 pounds so will take more than a year to do this on one pound a week weight loss. I am on 1400 calories per day with 25% carb, 25% fat, 50% protein. Anyone try 16-8 intermittent fasting?
The idea is that you eat nothing for 16 hours. You start at bedtime, sleep 8 hours snd continue fasting another 8 hours. Then you have 8 hour window of time to eat what is on your diet. Do this every day. Supposed to be very effective weight loss strategy.
