Log when you make everything from scratch? I often make my own bread, pasta sauces, soups etc, and don't normally weigh out as just put 'a handful' of this and 'a pinch' of that.... Also I buy the majority of my fruit, veg and meat from the butcher and market etc, how can I log this? Just stick to say logging it as Asdas?

Yes, yes I do! My doctor says so, my scales say so, my clothes say so! My eyes say so and my health+fitness say so! It is really annoying me. I quit smoking 47 days ago, not one person that mattered told me 'I don't need to' !!!!!
