How did you guys handle sugar cravings? Or habit\boredom eating maybe.

    For me it's not so much sugar, but here's my approach to whatever cravings bug me: they don't actually matter that much. They're just an urge. They're going to be there whether I eat that food or not, so why not forbear from eating it and get the good results? After a while they either go away, or I get used to them, just as I got used to feeling slight hunger signals without automatically going and eating a ton of food until I felt stuffed. Now when I see food that's not in my budget right that minute, I think, "That food will still be there later, when I may feel strongly enough about it to fit it in that day's budget. In the meantime, just because it's there doesn't mean I have to eat it."
