TDEE and weight loss
PLEASE HELP. I have calculated my TDEE and subtracted 20% for weight loss. I was left with 1756 calories. That seems like a lot. Will serolose weight with that many calories? What should I set my macros at! Thanks!

Eating Fitbit calories
I am sure this has been asked before but I can't find it.... if I put in that I am lightly active AND I use a Fitbit am I cheating myself since it already has me at a higher caloric intake?

For those who have switched over from weight watchers to MFP, how did you know how the points converted to calories. Any suggestions?
