Hello MFP....I'm 45 yrs young... And, I'm back at it after going 30lbs back (lost 72lbs in 2010)...stress and emotional eating is what I've been up to (smh)... But, I've decided to REFOCUS my thoughts and I'm going to stay POSITIVE!!! I PRAY YOU ALL are SUCCESSFUL!!!
