There is no doubt people are drinking crazy amounts of protein shakes each day Realistically our body can only store so much and the rest is excreted in urine, so what's the hype when if you are eating a healthy diet including the amount of protein your body can store. What's your thoughts on this subject?
I'm unsure of what excerises target this area? Like cardiovascular / aerobic / weight training etc. Thanks!
