Thoughtless moments that cost you
Did 5k run today and grabbed a Lucozade original from a shop. No phone with me so keyed it in later. 266 cals!! Nearly a meal. Naturally I don't drink it but needed a bit of energy following the run and it cost me dear. Thankfully I had the exercise done but it's a lesson learned. What thoughtless moments have cost you?

Healthy but tasty snacks
Right I'm tracking away but I notice my snacks are taking up way too much of calorie intake. Still sticking to 1540 cals or if I exercise a bit more. Cold turkey probably won't work, so a methadone approach is needed. Any suggestions?, remember carrots are lovely and all but I'm talking about sweet tooth cravings.

What's a cup of water and can you drink too much water
Just checking measurements here, MFP asks for 8 cups, but what in litres is 8 cups? Also can you drink too much water. I would drink 3-4 litres a day but I exercise 6 out of 7 days. Should I be worried I'm not meeting my sodium target
Just 5 days into my mfp journey, meeting calorie target so far but I note I am not hitting the sodium target, not even close. Should I be concerned and what foods can I eat to up the level?
