Second attempt at post here! Smarter snacking, consistent exercise. Let's keep it going everyone!!
Apparently small changes do work! haha. Switched my snacks to veggies and some fruit (watching sugar intake), some sort of exercise for 30 mins each day, and I also was mindful of my weekend eating which usually sets me back. Fired up for week 2! Let's keep this going everyone!!
