So anyone else need that extra boost? Let’s
get super focused on good eating and exercise habits the next 2 weeks! (Then keep it going!)

    Weekly goal for me this week is to do a workout of some sort every single day, either at the gym, or at home.

    3/19 179 Exercising much more since March 5, 3 liters water, dropped calories by 200 per day, slept 8.5 hours (longest in months!) All will be good!!

    Lots of exercise, 1850 calories, slightly low on water, great macros, only 5.5 hrs sleep :( Soldiering on!!

    Doing everything I should. Have really stepped up exercise & have got calories in a good place. Feeling strong! Remembered to use mirror & tape measure this AM!!! Not just the scale. Sides of waist are definitely slimming! Not worried.
