Hey guys, I just started the stronglifts 5x5 program and I have a question. Right now the app has me doing a single deadlift, but the weight is WAY too low. Is there any downside to doing the 5 sets of five on dls until I figure out my one rep max?

I read that a person in reasonable shape should be able to do each of the following: - Bench press their body weight - deadlift twice their body weight - Hold a plank for 2 minutes So, my question is, can you do all of these? I don't know if I can or not, but I think it'll be a goal to do all three real soon!

Fitness trackers- what do you get from them
Hey all, I'm just curious, what data does your fitness tracker give you that you find particularly useful, and how do you use that knowledge? I am looking at maybe getting one out of curiosity, particularly about my sleep patterns, but I'm unsure if this data will have any value to me....
