I set my nutrients up for Low Carb. I however do not know what the perfect graph should look like at the end of the day . What the percentages should be.....should the all be even? Should I be top heavy in one area of nutrients. I need help with this puzzle. Any MFP Gurus out there that can help? Going to try you tube also…
