Hello, My goal is 1200 calories a day, exercise 5 - 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes, and I have over 35 pounds to lose. I gained weight about 3 or 4 weeks after the stay at home orders (pandemic). I am working from home, and started eating more even when I am not hungry (this is my biggest struggle).
