Hello,
My goal is 1200 calories a day, exercise 5 - 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes, and I have over 35 pounds to lose. I gained weight about 3 or 4 weeks after the stay at home orders (pandemic). I am working from home, and started eating more even when I am not hungry (this is my biggest struggle).

1200 calories sounds too low... and do you plan to eat back your workout calories? Because if not, you are setting yourself up to struggle1

Hello, I think for women, your calorie goal can be from 1200 to 1600. I am okay at it. What is your goal?0
