Found chocolate for only 30 calories
Found great chocolate bar and it's only 30 calories. Doesn't taste like any diet chocolate, that awful dry protein stuff that taste lot nothing! It's called chocolite and can be found on Amazon. Got the caramel an nut and it's really nice. Would recommend anyone with a sweet tooth to try it.

Only got 10 weeks to get to my goal weight and struggling as having mad chocolate craving an bread! That's my downfall love any carbs!!!

I can't excercise due to my illness and I'm trying loose weight and tone up. As anyone got any ideas to get rid of bingo wings ( except from surgery)
