Only got 10 weeks to get to my goal weight and struggling as having mad chocolate craving an bread! That's my downfall love any carbs!!!

Maybe get the 89% dark chocolate for when you get cravings. It is also a superfood. Bread is unfortunately my downfall also.0

I daren't buy true chocolate id just eat it all. It's are work not eating bread especially during the day I want to just grab a sandwich! Have you tried the Atkins bread it awful!! Haha maybe I should just try that again it may put me off completely0
