Obviously there is something that is going to happen that you are in a rush to lose weight in 10 weeks. You need to remember that healthy changes will become a healthy lifestyle vs. a diet. In the meantime, if it is that important to you that it happen in 10 weeks and you follow MFP set guidelines, a healthy loss would be 1-2 pounds per week in which you could possibly lose around 8+ pounds. You would need to reduce your calorie intake and fit in daily exercise (the more the better). There is no reason you couldn't have some chocolate - pre-portioned and within reason. This is where willpower and restraint comes in....think as you are eating it to savor it and think of how important it is for you to lose the weight. I swear I am and will always be a carb addict but have lost over 80 pounds and learned how to have the best of both worlds
I love the thin breads as an option for bread. Also recommend eating your carbs earlier in the day for fuel and to burn them off. Good luck to you!
