Losing the last 3 lbs of fat and gain muscle on moderate to low carb diet
Hey everyone, I am a female I already lost 9lbs (from 115 to 106 for 5 feet tall ) while gaining some muscles ( I now have defined triceps, dense biceps , delts are showing, more hamstrings and denser quads,slimmer legs) .
