Find activities that you find fun like swimming,kayaking, dancing... You don't need to run to lose weight. I am lucky I love being active, I just find not doing any activity boring . I love playing sport and dancing. Is there any activity you enjoy? Physical hobbies?

Nah Bellydance wouldn't make anybody lose weight or tone up ( if you still have fat on top). I am a bellydancer myself. If you are just learning, it's rather slow. Once you can increase the pace, maybe.

To OP, you can't really change the shape of your bones. Sorry! You can get closer to it though. What is an hourglass shape? Broad shoulders, v tapered waist, hips almost as wide as the shoulders ; some women with hourglass figure have a bubble butt and a rather generous chest (that looks bigger because of the tiny waist) .

Full fat is better but in moderation. I would say the culprit could be too much carbs. Full fat makes one satiated faster. When I eat eggs or avocado , I am less likely to eat a lot.
