During winter, I ice skated (rather fast enough to make me sweat), went skiing for the whole day, kettlebells. Now I weight train 4 times a week,go swimming on days I am not weight training and I do pole fitness ( will start doing inversions in 2 weeks! Yay!),elliptical ( not very often , I don't like cardio except fun ones),dancing, ping pong. Will add some sprinting soon. During summer,I'll add kayaking, longboarding, tennis and hiking. I love sports and I have lots of hobbies.

Cardio (elliptical, ARC Trainer and recumbent bike) 5 days a week, weight lifting 2 days (I've been slacking so getting back to it) and I just bought TRX for my house so I do that a few times a week. I need to mix things up and do some other things now that the weather is nicer.

I run five times a week for a total of about 30 miles/week. I also bike to work 13 miles one way. I started StrongLifts 5x5 three weeks ago. Plus I'll do some planks, lunges, pull-ups, and other stuff at home sometimes.

I do cardio (elliptical) 60 or more minutes 7 days a week. I do free weight / body weight workouts 3 - 4 days a week.
