Losing the last 3 lbs of fat and gain muscle on moderate to low carb diet

Hey everyone, I am a female I already lost 9lbs (from 115 to 106 for 5 feet tall ) while gaining some muscles ( I now have defined triceps, dense biceps , delts are showing, more hamstrings and denser quads,slimmer legs) . It took forever as I am already in a normal weight. I need to lose the last 3 lbs if fat and change them into muscles . Sounds easy but as I am already tiny it is getting harder. I am on low to moderate carb,high protein and moderate fat. I sometimes have to force myself to eat cause not hungry.
I mostly do strength workouts ( how do you log those here ) like kettlebells, squats at the bar and enough cardio. I hope to get to my goal sometime soon.
