question on calories
I am wondering something....when you put your goals in and MFP gives you a calorie goal, or you trying to get 500 calories under that (for the 2500 a week) or are you just trying not to go over that total?

when the app sets my goal and I am aiming for that or the 500 below such as if my calorie goal is 3500 calories do I actually want to get 3000 every day or is that already added in?

weekend food logging
Does anyone else struggle with weekend food logging? If I am at home its a bit of a challenge, but I am more successful. But if I am away from home, I never do it.
