Anyone have issues with eating certain foods and gaining 5 lbs over night? Does gluten do this to anyone? Sugar? Regular carbs? Salt? Is it a matter of hydration?

I never posted here before. I have used some other apps, but thought I'd give this one a whirl. I started with wanting to become healthy and shed about 70 lbs. I have 20 more to go and to tone up :) it's the last hard but. Looking for advice!
