Any guidance on how to use this app would be awesome! I need to tone up a lot, get back into shape, and loose a little weight. Thank you for any and all help!

Hey, yeh fill out what you want to achieve and log all your food and then you can make changes according to your goals etc.
Also as above just get active even if itβs a walk.

Something to note, you can set what you eat or your weight to private, so even your friends dont have to know. This way, if you are embarassed of the actual numbers, all your friends will see is if you filled out your daily logs and if you were under your calorie goal. A nice feature where you can reach for goals with still some privacy.0
