Homemade Peanut Butter Honey Oat bars
Mix 3 cups oats, 1 cup peanut butter & 1/2 honey (I slightly warm peanut butter and honey in the microwave, just to thin a bit and mix easier with oats) till blended well. Line 8x8 brownie pan with wax paper. Press mixture till even. Refrigerate for an hour and cut into bars. I get about 8 to 10 bars. Keep refrigerated…

Checking in.
Day 2 of coming back. I am the world's worst about checking in or sticking to something. But this time I really do want it so I'm gonna try my best. I was actually 600 points short of my calorie intake. So I need to work on a set diet plan to make sure I get all the calories I need.

Thomas whole wheat light English muffin 1 egg Spinach Avocado Reduced fat Swiss cheese I have eaten this for years. I found it in the book "Abs Diet" by the editor of men's health. So tasty and good for you. I also put hot sauce on mine.

Coming back 50lbs heavier
I know what I need to do, just need to do it! I'm 41 and weigh more then I ever have, even when I was pregnant. I want to go on a road trip but I'm not allowing myself to until I loss 50lbs. Here's to my first day of a new attitude. Last time I was on here I was at 128. I'm so uncomfortable in my own skin.
