I'm 5'2, 153 lbs, and sedentary to lightly active depending on the day. I have my calories set to 1200, and so far I'm feeling OK with that number. So I have a trip to Vegas coming up soon, and I need some sort of low sugar meal bar that isn't gross to pack with (no fridge in room and I'll be busy with a card tournament most days). I'm also a short girl, so nothing with a crazy amount of calories either.

Anyone ever eat an avocado seed?
I keep seeing videos and articles about how eating the seed of an avocado is great for you since it's packed with nutrition. Has anyone ever tried it? The preferred method I think is blend it into a powder for smoothies. Does it have a weird taste? Or cause any stomach issues?
