So second day on my new journey to be fitter and healthier. I swam 130 lengths today and feeling really good. Came home and had a bowl of porridge. Yum yum

Power walk exercise fine but diet not so good.
Did a 60 minutes power walk today like to do different exercise. Diet not so good. I find evening times hard and then eat. Will try again today. Does any one else fails no the evenings hard.
