My anxiety is decreasing my appetite..help please
I just recently broke up with my boyfriend and I'm feeling pretty crappy. But my main concern is maintaining my health and I'm afraid of under eating.. Is there anything that helps you guys to eat?

Looking for a "lighter" way to have a cheeseburger, no tofu please!

Loss of appetite!
I have been dieting about a month and half now and started talking intense exercise classes about 2 weeks ago, ever since I started being more active, my appetite has become really suppressed! Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do to make myself eat more to get to reasonable calorie goal? My limit is 1200.

Help! I keep updating my weight on MFP but it keeps saying "0 Ibs lost"
I like being able to see how much weight I've lost..but it keeps reading zero on my profile. Has anyone else experienced this? On a side note I lost a total 3.8 pounds so far.. Yay!
