What is the difference between slightly active & active
I get 10,000 steps in 5/6 days a week. 4 days w week 15 of strength training. I am a nanny so I am busy with kids. Is their a description somewhere to define the difference? I am not a runner.

Fitbit
Anyone out there who has a Fitbit Charge going to upgrade to the Fitbit Alta? I have the Charge but like the sleekness look of the Alta.

Active vs lightly active
Can anyone tell me the difference between active and lightly active in the goal settings? I get in 10,500 steps 5-6 days a week. Strength training 3xweek and work with kids. If I plug in active it gives me @1600 calories but when I plug in least active ( which I have always called myself) it gives me @1300 calories.

Weight training
When working out with weights whether with dumbbells or machines is there a time frame you should rest between sets? I prefer to rest not more than 60 seconds between sets. Mostly so I can feel like a circuit training and to keep my heart rate going plus I don't want to spend so much time in the gym.
