Weight loss frustration!
So I am 21 years old and I currently weigh 140. At the beginning of last year I was 165 due to birth control and just eating too much rice and beans and soda etc. I am Dominican so that kind of food is a big part of my culture. I am 5'2 21 years old and currently weigh 140. I lost 25 pounds last year but have been trying to lose the last 15 for 10 months and it's a constant battle! My goal for this next month is to get down to 135. I'm currently eating 1350-1400 calories a day and I'm doing a PPL split
