Opinion? Weight x 11 = calories
Many trainers have told me to take my body weight, multiply by 11 and that's the calories you should eat. As you lose, you adjust. MFP says I need 1200 and a trainer tells me 1452. Can anyone verify this? Add me if your all about proper nutrition and doing things the right way!

When is it best to eat pre & post?
I wake up around 6:30am At the gym by 7am Leave around 9am and get to work around 10am I usually grab a quick bite to eat when I get to work (almonds, protein shake...) and don't usually eat a good meal until lunch, around 12:30-1 Should I be eating pre and post with a schedule like that?
