Using MFP My Foods
Can anyone tell me how the My Foods section is supposed to be used? My thought was that I could use it to keep my regularly used foods from the database so I could find them again more easily, but I couldn't get it to work for me that way.

Third Time's the Charm
Twice before I've taken off major poundage so I know I can do it again. The first time was on my own and the second time was right here at MFP. Well, I'm back for the third time. This time I'm at least starting out 15 lbs less than my all time record high. Wish me well.
