SO, my daughter is involved with Girls on the run... she asked me to run with her in the 5k at the end of this session. Long story short. OFFICE LIFE
How do you stay fit in an office? I work from about 730-4 in an office. Most of it is computer work. its very time consuming. Allot of meetings back to back with only 10min breaks if that. I dont want to remain sitting all day, but i cant have a standing desk. what kind of short activities are there?

I have started again! Every time i find a little excuse to stop. Kids are busy, wife doesn't want to help. I am ready for a change. I want to get back to my Navy weight 200lbs. ITS ON!

I am so hungry
im starving, not literally. i am currently limiting to 1750 calories. i have had lunch and then an orange for a snack. i just drank 24 oz of water. i am about to tear up my keyboard. Any advice on powering through hunger?

How to start
I don't know where to start. I was never a super fit person, but now I'm so lazy and bored that I don't know where to begin. I used to love sports but now i cant even attempt to play without getting winded or hurt. I just want to be happy with myself and motivated.

NO MORE BINGE WATCHING
i am going to try to limit my Netflix/Amazon to 1 episode at a time. If more is wanted some type of exercise should be required, any 5 minute ideas?
