I am so happy today! Went to my doctor and weighed in after my first 7 days and I lost 6 pounds! Of course, it's just a drop in the bucket for me as I weighed in at 236 at the start...but I'll take it!
I've been on here logging in my food and water intake for 3 days now. Doing good so far. I was 18 grams over on the carbs today though. I just thought I'd check out the community section. I'm looking for some motivation to exercise I guess lol. One day at a time.
