why does my Calorie Goal keep changing after I have set it? 🤔
Hello. Glad to be on MyFitnessPal. I left WW after being disappointed in its direction. I like everything I’ve seen so far here. Still learning the ropes. 🤗
I have been keeping my calories at 1350. Been doing this for a while now. I go up or down 2 lbs but no real losing. Exercise by swimming for 30 minutes most days.
I want to lose 10 lbs and keep it off. I have been keeping my calories at 1350 most days. I swim 30 minutes most days. I may lose 2 lbs then gain 2 lbs otherwise at a standstill. I swim due to not able to do a lot of walking due to joint problems. Looking forward to moving forward
