I have been keeping my calories at 1350. Been doing this for a while now. I go up or down 2 lbs but no real losing. Exercise by swimming for 30 minutes most days.

Hi:
I can not see your food diary so I can only give you generalities.
Every time I lose 10% of my body weight, I have to recalculate what my daily calorie goal should be at MFP.
Also, ensure you are weighing all the food you ingest. If you do not have one, buy yourself a food scale with a tare function. Weigh all the food you eat. If you are using cups and spoons to measure, those are for liquids only, solid food weigh need a food scale.
You also may be overestimating your exercise calorie burned, eat only a fraction of those, whatever method you are using to calculate.
Bottom line, if you are eating at a deficit ( calories burned higher than calories ingested) you will lose weight and keep it off.
Good luck in your healthy journey0 -
Can you provide some more information? What are your stats (age, height, weight, goal weight)? How long has it been since you've lost? How are you determining the amount of calories you're eating? How are you calculating your calories burned and how much, if any, of those do you eat back?0
