I want to lose 10 lbs and keep it off. I have been keeping my calories at 1350 most days. I swim 30 minutes most days. I may lose 2 lbs then gain 2 lbs otherwise at a standstill. I swim due to not able to do a lot of walking due to joint problems. Looking forward to moving forward

Seems that you are at a maintenance level (plateau) of either diet or exercise or both. Since you shouldn't probably decrease your calorie count, you need to up the intensity and/or length of your swimming. Have you tried adding weight lifting? Muscles help your metabolism.0

If I'm at a plateau I usually drop my calories for a day by 200 calories or just work out more. I have back and knee problems... swimming definitely burns calories and I was recommended biking as a low impact activity as well. Feel free to add me! That goes for anyone! I am looking to hopefully lose about 65lbs. My current weight is 215.7lbs... I am 5'6" and looking to get back to 150lbs.0
