Do I absolutely have to have a "routine" for strength training?
I can go to the gym 2-3 times per week. I would say 80% of the time it is 3 days per week but sometimes I can only do 2 days. I go to the gym around 11:30 pm and the first half hour is cardio. I have lost 90 lbs still have a lot to go currently at 325lbs but I want to maintain the muscle I have or even gain some but I just want suggestions for a weight lifting plan I could use. Cannot lose weight and gain muscle? Whats the Science behind this??
Someone please explain this to me. I weigh 328 lbs. I have lost 86 so far without strength training. I am continuing to eat a deficit but added strength training. People seem to say that you cannot lose weight from fat and gain muscle at the same time.

Pregnant woman calories??
My fiance' was trying to lose weight and was eating about 1600 calories per day which was working. We just recently found out she is pregnant and she knows she is going to gain some weight but she does not want to eat too much now. About how many calories should a pregnant woman have in a day?
