Friends & Learning new ways to exercise!
Hey, Kinda new to mfp, so I'm lookin for friends and I'm definitely interested in learning new fitness routines. I'm 38, trying to drop about 10-15 lbs but mainly I wanna get lean & STRONG. Right now I run 3x a week and lift 3x a week. Any advice on what to do to burn more calories? Get a better workout while lifting?

Smoke-free & Alcohol-free, but still pretty awesome!
About a month and a half ago I decided to quit smoking. I'm 38. With that, came LOTS of additional eating. I decided to join the gym, stop drinking alcohol for awhile and truly get healthy for the first time in my life. I've exercised before, heck I've even had trainers! But I always left the gym and went right back to bad…
