Looking for meals for pre diabetics. No clue what to have it or what to avoid. I know there are experts in this field here on MFP and if that's you please share your meals, grocery list of do's and don'ts. That sugar needs to get lowered.
I am on the same boat as you are. Tracking daily and yet not losing weight is very disappointing. Possibly eating all the wrong foods or so I think. Would like to see what others with successful weightloss are eating because mine is not working. Need a new plan.
