TOM & Maintenance - Question for the ladies
Hey guys, so Aunt Flo is in town and I am hungry, angry and tired. Was thinking to help alleviate some of the misery I'd go up to maintenance during TOM. It means I won't lose any weight for about 5 days a month but it might also help stop any binges. Is there anyone else who does this? Or do you power through? Thanks!
