Hey! I’m having a hard time finding out how much carbs fats and protein I need. On the app it doesn’t really tell me what I need for my age weight and height. It only tells me how much calories I need. Help!

Lactose free cheese options?
Hi all, I have an allergy to lactose I decided to just put a little bit of goat cheese in my wrap less then a tablespoon and I got really sick from it. Is their any other types of cheeses or anything that I can have? Is their such a thing as lactose free goat cheese? Thanks!
