Macros?

Hey! I’m having a hard time finding out how much carbs fats and protein I need. On the app it doesn’t really tell me what I need for my age weight and height. It only tells me how much calories I need. Help!

    Sometimes online will give you that info, but again it's different person to person depending on genetics , activity, food intake

    What? If you set up your profile here, you should get a goal (on your food diary) that includes macronutrient goals and a calorie goal Over time, you may find reasons to fine-tune those, but the initial set-up is a reasonable starting point.

    I don't understand it, when you say you're not seeing how many fats/protein/carbs you need. That should appear as the goals in your foo diary.

    Can you clarify? :)
