New to fasting
Hello. I'm 6'2 and 260 pounds. I've been interriment fasting for about a week. I consume about 1500-2000 calories a day with an 16:8 or 18:6 eating window. Any tips on my macros and other stuff because I've only seen a difference in the mirror so far

Intteriment fasting
Okay. I'm 6'2-6'3 260 pounds. I want to be to atleast 225 in the next few months. I've been eating 1500-2000 calories a day along with an 18/6 to 16/8 interriment fast. I only see a difference in the mirror and very little in the scale. I've been doing it for a week and a half now. Any tips to see more weight loss?
