New to fasting

Hello. I'm 6'2 and 260 pounds. I've been interriment fasting for about a week. I consume about 1500-2000 calories a day with an 16:8 or 18:6 eating window. Any tips on my macros and other stuff because I've only seen a difference in the mirror so far

    After a week, I am surprised you can see any difference in the mirror. These things take time.

    I've been on a 16/8 for a month. I've been dropping about 1 1/2 to 2lbs a week. Gained 1/4 on arms and a 1/2 inch around chest. Lost 1/2 inch on my waist and 1/4 inch on legs. I have a pretty intense workout schedule. Your macros depend on what your goal is.

    going at 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat is a good place to start. Do your best to be consistent and kick butt in your workouts, and you'll do great! I wouldn't go less than 1800 calories in a day though. You need to eat enough to fuel your body.
