What does a typical breakfast/lunch/dinner consist of for you? I have been counting calories and meal prepping for 2 weeks now and I want to incorporate different things in and would love some ideas!

Sweet potatoes,cauliflower & zucchini/squash!
What are some of your favorite ways to use those ingredient? Cauliflower pizza crust? Baked zucchini boats? Sweet potato fries? Or mashed? So many options! What is the best way to cook sweet potatoes and zucchini for a week's worth of meal prep?

I can't be the only person who has a HORRIBLE sweet tooth? For me, it's normally around 2 am when I'm just getting off work and all I want is to drown myself in chocolate and ice cream and watch Netflix till 4am :( NOT OKAY! So what are some better alternatives to satisfy my sweet tooth?

Scales and measurements
How often do you weigh yourself and/or do measurements? I was thinking of doing measurements every 6 weeks and scale weight every 4 weeks? I know some people weigh weekly or even daily so is 4-6 weeks too long to wait between?

What is a good daily workout routine at home? I get alot of cardio in but I want more toning/strength home workouts. I do T25 on and off (I've done it before twice both Alpha & Beta) and I go on a 1.5-2 mile run in the morning at least 4-5 days a week and I'm a bartender/server so I'm on my feet for a good solid 6-14 hour…
