Home work out routine?

What is a good daily workout routine at home? I get alot of cardio in but I want more toning/strength home workouts.

I do T25 on and off (I've done it before twice both Alpha & Beta) and I go on a 1.5-2 mile run in the morning at least 4-5 days a week and I'm a bartender/server so I'm on my feet for a good solid 6-14 hour period constantly moving 5 days a week. I do have a couple sets of weights at home (10-25 lbs) and a 25 lb nephew & 55 son who I "workout" with :)

I'm not quite ready to start hitting the gym which I know is the best place to get good strength training in but sooon! So in the meantime....what should I be doing at home?
