Anyway to change fitbit to third shift hours?? Any advice on this?

Doing something wrong?
Ive been dieting and working out 5-6 days a week. Watching calories, eating healthy, everything!!! I do fine and lose 2-4 lbs in two weeks then I will gain three lbs! I'm not understanding where I went wrong? Any advise?

3rd shift hours
I'm a little confused on how to input my meals. I work 3rd shift hours and "the next day" starts at midnight. I do eat a light meal after work and then go to bed. Is my meal after work to be put in as "yesterday" or "today"? Can anyone help with this?
