I've been. Trying to lose weight for the past couple of months but it seems I can't stay or start my diet anymore. After a couple days, I go right back to my bad habits. Does anyone have any tips on how to start and not break the habit?
How can I stop myself from eating while I'm bored? I try to entertain my mind with other stuff but it seems like I eat if it's there or I know it's there and I'm bored... Any tips?
