I just bought a greenfood powder with xylitol n derivative of stevia listed in the ingredients among others. I drank it for the first time today. I liked the taste but I'm not so sure about the gas/bloating. Did that come from the xylitol? How safe is it? Would appreciate some knowledgeable feedback. Thanks!
Are all protein powders safe? If you drink 1 or 2 times/day, do you eat anything else? Are they supposed to be meal replacements?
I'm already drinking smoothies every other day, if not daily, eating healthy breakfasts, legumes + mixed veggies for lunch, dinners. Fish, chicken meat are sometimes included, 2 or more times/week. Is it ok to supplement with Omega 3 daily?
Is 300 mg a good goal for cholesterol daily?
